Katsiaryna Siamionava's research uses large industry datasets to answer strategic questions about how companies should use technology to interact with customers. She is looking forward to continuing working on her on-going research projects and extending them into new research ideas. Some of her topics of interest include mobile app adoption and its affects customer engagement and retention; customer satisfaction in conversations with service chatbots. Siamionava is also interested in application of new deep learning tools in video marketing such as the effect of video ad composition on customer purchase behavior. Finally, she explores the question of IT and business strategic alignment and the role of metrics in this process.
