Biography

Pauline Davies is a radio science journalist with an extensive international career in broadcasting and documentary creation or production, having spent many years with the BBC’s World Service in London, where her programs reached audiences of tens of millions worldwide.  Her topics have been as diverse as Aboriginal health in Australia; the work of the new Library of Alexandria and the Fistula hospital in Ethiopia.  Pauline is continuing to make news and documentary items from across the sciences for public broadcasters worldwide. Pauline also directs the Outreach and Education and Training components of a major physics and cancer initiative sponsored by the National Cancer Foundation.
