Peggy Lee

Peggy M. Lee is an associate professor in the Department of Management and Entrepreneurship at the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University. She received her Ph.D. in strategic management from the University of North Carolina and has previously taught at the Goizueta Business School at Emory University and the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin.  Her research focuses on how economic and behavioral aspects of corporate governance affect firm actions and performance. Her work has appeared in the Strategic Management Journal, Academy of Management Journal, Organization Science, Journal of Financial Economics, and Administrative Science Quarterly, among others. She currently serves as an associate editor of the Journal of Management and on the editorial board of the Strategic Management Journal.  She has also served on the executive committee of the Business Policy and Strategy division at the Academy of Management, and as a Representative-at-large for the Competitive Strategy group of the Strategic Management Society.
