Hector Zelaya has been at Arizona State University since 2004 and has been at Bob Ramsey Executive Education since 2012. As Executive Director, he oversees the only accredited Certified Public Manager® Program in the State of Arizona and is responsible for the ASU cohorts of two U.S. Department of State Programs: 1) the Leadership in Public Management Institute for the Mandela Washington Fellowship for Young African Leaders and 2) the Civic Engagement Institute for the Young Southeast Asian Leaders Initiative.
Prior to Bob Ramsey Executive Education, Hector served in various executive education roles – eight years at the W. P. Carey School of Business at ASU, two years at the UCLA Anderson School of Management, and eight years at The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. He earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Wharton and a Master of Business Administration from W. P. Carey.
