Hector Zelaya has been at Arizona State University since 2004 and has been Director of Bob Ramsey Executive Education since 2012. The Center delivers the only accredited Certified Public Manager® Program in the State of Arizona and manages the ASU Executive Master of Public Administration graduate degree program. The Center also manages the ASU cohorts for the U.S. Department of State’s Mandela Washington Fellowship for Young African Leaders and Young Southeast Asian Leaders Initiative Civic Engagement Institute. Hector also is ASU’s project lead for the U.S. Department of State’s Young Leaders of the Americas Initiative.
Prior to Bob Ramsey Executive Education, Hector served in various executive education roles – eight years at the W. P. Carey School of Business at ASU, two years at the UCLA Anderson School of Management, and eight years at The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. He earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Wharton and a Master of Business Administration from W. P. Carey.
