Long Bio
George Pan joined the faculty of the School of Electrical, Computer and Energy Engineering in 1995 as a professor and the director of the Electronic Packaging Laboratory at Arizona State University. He has written three book chapters, published 74 research articles in refereed journals, and presented 119 papers at international conferences. He has presented short courses and invited talks at Moscow State University, Russia, the University of Canterbury, New Zealand, CSIRO in Sydney, Australia, IEEE Microwave Symposium, the Chinese Aerospace Institute, 13th Electric Performance of Electronic Packaging (EPEP) and 15 Chinese universities. His book, "Wavelets in Electromagnetics and Device Modeling" - 2003, is among John Wiley's best-selling titles.
