Biography

Kevin Cao received a bachelor's degree in physics from Peking University in 1996. He received a master's degree in biophysics and a doctoral degree in electrical engineering from University of California, Berkeley, in 1999 and 2002, respectively. He is now a professor of electrical engineering at Arizona State University. He has published numerous articles and two books on nano-CMOS modeling and physical design. His research interests include physical modeling of nanoscale technologies, design solutions for variability and reliability, reliable integration of post-silicon technologies, and hardware design for on-chip learning.
