Carol M. Baldwin is an Emeritus Professor, a Southwest Borderlands Scholar and the deputy director of the WHO/PAHO Collaborating Centre to Advance the Policy on Research for Health. She is also the past director for the Center for World Health.
Baldwin's areas of interest include world and U.S. border health; health equity; sleep disorders and associated chronic diseases; sleep health policy, education and promotion; Hispanic health; quality of life; complementary, alternative and holistic health.
Among her recent award was the 2015 - ASU President's Medal for Social Embeddedness for Su Sueno/Su Vida; Your Sleep/Your Life.
