Biography

Helen Burtis is a Faculty Associate for the Indian Legal Program and the Indian Legal Clinic. She teaches "Advanced Writing - Indian Law" for law students and also "American Indian Law" for the College of Law's Master of Legal Studies program. In addition to teaching, Helen also does program work for the ILP, including administering the bi-annual Tribal Court Trial Skills College and coaching students competing at the National Native American Law Students Association annual moot court competition.
