Keith Wetzel is a Professor Emeritus of educational technology in the Mary Lou Fulton Teachers College at Arizona State University. He was a member of the American Association of Colleges of Teacher Education Technology Committee and past president of the International Society for Technology in Education's SIG- Teacher Education. His research interests include electronic portfolios for learning and assessment,  teacher professional development and the integration of technology in teacher education programs.

His research interests include teacher professional development, electronic portfolios in teacher education, educational uses of social networking software and the integration of technology in teacher education programs.
