Rakesh K Singh is a materials engineer who works on development and characterization of advanced engineering materials. His research interests include thin film synthesis and characterization, alloy development, and structure-property correlation. His work covers a wide range of materials which includes ferromagnets, superconductors, semiconductors, dielectrics, photovoltaics thin films and Al and Mg based aerospace alloys.
