With over two decades of dedicated service at Arizona State University, I bring deep institutional knowledge and a passion for developing people and culture. Over the past 10 years, I have played a critical role in developing leadership programs, helping to shape and sustain ASU’s commitment to building a robust leadership culture. I played a pivotal role in the design and delivery of flagship leadership development initiatives, including the Leadership Academy, the Advanced Leadership Initiative, and the Launching Leaders Program. These efforts have helped cultivate a leadership mindset that is now embedded in the very DNA of ASU.
Throughout my career, I have developed strong, collaborative relationships with senior university leadership, always with the goal of elevating talent, strengthening teams, and advancing ASU’s mission. Recently, I made a significant step forward in my professional journey by taking on the role of Talent Management Lead and Head of Culture at the University Design Institute (UDI).
In this role, I oversee the full talent lifecycle—from recruitment and onboarding to professional development and retention. I am responsible for shaping and implementing strategies that not only attract top talent but also support and grow our existing team. This includes crafting policies and programs that equip our staff with the tools they need to thrive and contribute meaningfully to UDI’s global impact.
Equally critical to my role is cultivating an organizational culture that is aligned with the Institute’s mission and deeply supportive of each individual team member. I believe that a healthy, intentional culture is foundational to success, and I work closely with colleagues to ensure that culture is lived and reinforced daily.
In addition to my core responsibilities, I continue to manage and run the Frank Rhodes Lecture Series and remain as the go-to partner for special projects. Drawing on my background in project management, program design, strategic planning, and stakeholder engagement, I help lead high-impact initiatives that require both creative thinking and operational excellence.
Most recently, I have begun contributing to the development of the Co-Lab—an exciting new endeavor focused on innovation, collaboration, and the future of education.
Before my work with UDI, I worked in the ASU University Affairs Office in a joint position of working for the CEO of the ASU Foundation. I began my tenure at ASU working in the Parking and Transit Services.
