James Michael (Mike) Benesh is a Program Manager for AZNext, an Arizona State University W.P. Carey School of Business team that administers and develops a Department of Labor Workforce Development Grant.
James Michael Benesh served as the the SGAPE adult learning programs Faculty Coordinator, Instructional Compliance Manager, and Community College Liaison at Benedictine University Mesa in Arizona. He was also an adjunct instructor with experience teaching multiple subjects of master’s level programs at Benedictine University Mesa and William Penn University in Iowa. He was elected to the Sigma Beta Delta Academic Business Honor Society as an instructor.
He has acquired his Master of Arts degree in Business Leadership from William Penn University, after graduating Magna Cum Laude from that university with an undergraduate degree in Business Management. He was elected student representative in both programs, and was the recipient of the President’s Leadership Award and addressed his graduating class at undergraduate commencement.
He was elected to the Delta Mu Delta Academic Business Honor Society, Lambda Sigma Chapter, for his coursework achievement in the doctorate program. James Michael Benesh has extensive career experience in private business leadership positions, and has established training regimens for OSHA compliance and insurance company safety mandates. He has also been significantly involved in strategic planning at multiple organizations. Since returning to the collegiate environment, he is actively engaged in strategic planning, curriculum development, recruiting and retention initiatives, constructing and conducting best practice seminars, and community relationship building.
He is the author of seven novels, all in various stages of development and marketing. They are: The Time Fixers, Sagittarian Blue, What Watches and Waits, Our Lost Dreams, The Arizoniacs, When Last I saw my Heart, and the short story collection, Tales of the Supernatural.
