Associate Professor ResearchSchool of MaterialsIra A. Fulton School of Engineering
Dr Tasooji has extensive industrial leadership and academic experience, with diverse technical knowledge in materials and processing, component design, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain in many industries such as microelectronics, aerospace, and nuclear. She has developed many materials modeling and life prediction methodologies (e.g., creep, fatigue, creep-fatigue-interaction, stress-corrosion-cracking, and probabilistic approach) for use in product design and field support. Tasooji has developed and delivered many graduate and undergraduate engineering courses including Introduction to Micro-electronic Packaging, Advance course on Materials Considerations for Microelectronics Packaging, Structure and Properties of Materials, and Nuclear Materials. She has received many technical/engineering and leadership awards including ASTM Sam Tour Award.
