Hannah Giasson is an assistant professor in the College of Nursing and Health Innovation at Arizona State University. Her research considers the complex interplay between views of aging and individuals’ health and well-being as they grow older. Specifically, her work focuses on (1) factors that shape attitudes, biases, and beliefs about aging at the individual, interpersonal, and societal levels, and (2) how views of aging impact people's decisions, behaviors, and, ultimately, their health and well-being. Her most recent research investigates potential interventions for improving views of aging across the life span.
