As a Technology Strategist in the Office of Scholarship & Innovation, Cassandra applies her STEM education background to support educators and design education opportunities that reimagine what's possible for teaching and learning, leveraging technology to guide innovation with a humanized and principled approach. Her pedagogical philosophy is also informed by her time as an outdoor environmental educator and Expeditionary Learning teacher. She comes to ASU with five years of classroom teaching experience, as well as four years of leadership experience as a K-8 district science instructional specialist. She has a Bachelor of Arts in Education and a Master of Arts in Education: Curriculum and Instruction with a STEM emphasis.
