Art Hernandez serves as one of four Customer Service Supervisor within the Experience Center a department of the University Technology Office. He manages the night shift and provides support for all interactions, from financial aid, technical support, information, parking and transit to after hours facilities requests. Art's role includes motivating and encouraging his staff to provide stellar customer service while working to meet and exceed goals.
Before coming to ASU in 2018, he spent over 15 years in a various Service Desk/Help Desk management roles supporting several companies including AAA NCNU, Apple, Biogen Pharmaceuticals, Dole Fresh Fruits and Vegetables and Loreal to name a few. Art is passionate about providing valuable services to his customers and works diligently to ensure his team lives up to the same standards.
Originally from Mesa, AZ, Art is excited to be working for ASU and is expecting his two teenage daughters to be attending within the next 5 years.
