Erica White researches and publishes in public health law and policy. Her primary focuses are in emergency legal preparedness, public health powers, public health topics in constitutional and administrative law, and regulation and its reform. Her most recent interests include judicial and other threats to administrative authorities including the major questions doctrine, trends in Chevron deference, and the re-emergence of the non-delegation doctrine. Erica has published in both law review and peer-reviewed journals, including the Harvard Journal of Law and Policy and the American Journal of Public Health. She is a member of the State Bar of Texas and currently pursuing a Master of Public Health (MPH) at the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health.
