Norman Paul Gibbs is Research Project Coordinator for Mary Lou Fulton Teachers College's Principled Innovation initiative, focusing on the role of teacher and leader preparation programs in supporting educators’ moral and civic agency for educational innovation. He has ongoing research projects focused on school climate and immigrant adaptation and on the ethical use of data for educational policy and administration. He is a Ph.D. candidate in ASU’s Educational Policy and Evaluation program and earned his M.Ed. at Lehigh University in Comparative and International Education. He has held teaching and administrative positions at both PK-12 and higher ed levels both internationally and in the United States.
