Currently finishing a Masters of Science at Arizona State University in Biology & Society with a focus in Bioethics, Policy and Law, my passion is for queer and disability scholarship. My particular interests lie around questions of informed consent, bodily autonomy, and the history of sex and gender science. Currently, I'm engaged in research examining narratives of gender detransition in order to inform trans medicine more broadly as well as the complex ethical issues surrounding youth gender transition. I aspire to earn my PhD in a bioethics-related field and teach at the university level, continuing to conduct research and advocate for queer and disabled lives.
