Biography

Mr. Tim Ashe, Jr. (M.A. in Spanish Teaching and Bilingual/ESL Education) is currently a Spanish PhD graduate student in Spanish Linguistics at Arizona State University in Tempe, Arizona.  He has over 10 years of experience teaching adult and adolescent students of all ages in both Spanish and English and specializes in Applied Linguistics research.  His research interests include Bilingual Education, Heritage Language Research, Intercultural Competence, Transcultural Competence, Technology in Language Education, Sociolinguistics, Study Abroad Immersion Programs as a tool for learning language and Bilingualism.
