Biography: 

Alyssa Rhoden is an expert in the geophysics of ocean worlds. She has spent more than a decade investigating Europa's interior, orbit, and ice shell processes and has now expanded her studies to include Charon, Enceladus, Mimas, Tethys, Phobos, and Jovian irregular satellites. Professor Rhoden utilizes a novel combination of numerical techniques, statistical analysis, and photogeology to interpret planetary surfaces. She joined the faculty at Arizona State University in 2015. She was a 2014 Kavi Fellow (National Academies of Science) and was awarded a NASA Early Career Fellowship in 2015.
