Jennifer Duvernay is the Associate University Librarian for Communications and Donor Relations. Her primary responsibilities are to provide direction and oversight for all communications for the ASU Library on all campuses. Her team provides support for a wide variety of library publications, social media, exhibitions, promotions, outreach and events.
Jennifer has over 25 years of experience in academic libraries, and has been at ASU since 2000. Her previous roles at ASU have included serving as a science reference librarian, undergraduate services librarian, and virtual reference specialist. She was named one of Library Journal’s “Movers and Shakers” in 2005, and one of the New York Times’ Librarians of the Year in 2006. She has an MSLS from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a B.A. in psychology from Carroll College in Helena, Montana.
