"I am often told by members of our campus community "Melinda, I would NOT want your job." That comment helps me further appreciate my role because it is recognized as a significant and complex challenge. Managing a comprehensive parking and transportation system at one of the largest, most complex universities in the country is indeed a challenge. This makes the task of finding solutions and creating customer satisfaction all the more rewarding. Our team is committed to finding ways to improve the quality of sustainable transportation solutions while delivering excellent service. In 2017, ASU's PTS team and program was recognized as the Parking Organization of the Year by the International Parking and Mobility Institute. I am proud of the outstanding team we have and continue to build as the university's footprint continues to evolve."
