Work Background:

At Arizona State University's Technology Office, Culture & Communication is the number one strategic priority. Towards this north star, Danielle works with UTO's Chief Culture Officer to lead UTO's Culture Portfolio, composed of working groups, communities, and partnerships who lead initiatives across the enterprise throughout the year. Danielle combines her expertise in project management, change management, process improvement, and organizational leadership to harness and direct the collective talents at UTO.

Additionally, as the Organizational Change Management (OCM) Coach at UTO, Danielle works with project leaders, people leaders, and practitioners who deliver change. She helps them reach their defined objectives by partnering with them to clarify why the change, identify who is impacted, and gain commitment for change. In 2018, she co-founded the Arizona Chapter of the Association of Change Management Professionals (ACMP), a non-profit organization for the purpose of expanding ACMP Global’s reach in Arizona, by uniting local change professionals to foster personal and professional development.

Furthermore, Danielle co-founded ASU's Project Management (PM) Network and Organizational Excellence Community of Practice (OECoP). She currently serves as the inaugural Coaching & Mentoring Program Manager for the PM Network and as the Change Management Partner for OECoP. She most notably spearheaded the PM Network’s flagship offering: Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) Course, through which over 100 participants gained an understanding of the PMBOK’s knowledge areas and became eligible to apply for the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification exam.

Danielle began her career with 7 years in higher education, primarily in coordinating graduate enrollment programs and launching special events. Prior to relocating to Arizona in 2013, Danielle designed, conducted and communicated change efforts for newly launched programs for electrical linemen at a Californian utility company for over 3 years.
