Dr. Wu is an Emeritus Professor of Information Systems at the W. P. Carey School of Business, Arizona State University. He joined ASU in 2013, following faculty appointments at Nanyang Technological University, Singapore, and the University of California, Irvine.
His research focuses on the strategic pricing of information goods and services, including AI services, as well as business analytics. His work has been published in leading academic journals, including Management Science, Operations Research, Information Systems Research, Production and Operations Management, and Journal of the Association for Information Systems.
