Cristen Mann

Cristen Mann teaches Organizational Leadership, Project Management, Business, and Communication at Arizona State University in Lake Havasu City. She has also taught project management for ASU Online. Prior to becoming faculty, Mann was the Instructional Technologist at ASU Colleges at Lake Havasu.

She is the founding advisor of the Digital Media Organization and has grown the Changemaker Central (volunteer and innovation in the community) club since 2019. She was also the advisor for the Wakedevils team in Tempe, and a mentor to study abroad students. Her research focuses on supporting and training faculty who teach in various modalities. Most recently, her focus is on understanding the organizational culture and difference in support and training for health care providers as well as optimizing private public partnerships.

Prior to working at ASU, she was a director at a community college. Mann earned a BA in Communication from the University of Southern California, a MBA from the University of La Verne and both her Ed.D in Organizational Leadership and M.Ed in Curriculum and Technology from Grand Canyon University. Her passion is connecting academics to the learner and providing the best professional development in both traditional and online environments.
