Nicole M. Goodwin, a shareholder with international law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP, is a member of the firm's Litigation group. Her practice emphasizes corporate governance disputes, financial services litigation, real estate litigation, antitrust counseling and litigation, health care litigation, and probate litigation. She is a faculty associate at ASU.
She completed her J.D., magna cum laude, with Seton Hall University School of Law where she was the managing editor of the Seton Hall Law Review (2000-2001). She was recognized as the Eugene M. Gressman Second Year Moot Court Competition, Best Oralist. She was also a Seton Hall University Presidential Scholar and recieved the Raymond del Tufo, Jr. Award for Highest Scholastic Average in Constitutional Law.
