Biography

Lana graduated with her MAS-ST in August, 2014. For Fall 2017, Lana will be entering her fourth year as doctoral student in the School of Community Resources and Development. Her undergraduate work was in Elementary Education with a focus on music, and she enjoyed teaching in the elementary classroom for a numbers of years in Canada and Arizona. Lana also coordinated volunteers for an adult literacy program in Canada and recently managed volunteer teams for an international non-profit for 3 years in the Scottsdale area. Besides focusing on her studies, she is Lead Captain for her neighborhood Block Watch program, and Research Analyst for ASU Center for Sustainable Tourism.
