Christine currently works as Realm 4 Project Manager for Dreamscape Learn. Dreamscape Learn is a collaborative venture between Dreamscape Immersive and Arizona State University, merging advanced experiential pedagogy with the entertainment industry’s best cinematic storytelling to deliver unique virtual reality course experiences which are demonstrably efficacious and emotionally engaging.
Christine is a creative and analytical individual skilled in project management, quantitative and qualitative research methods, and instructional design best practices. She is familiar with Agile principles, Scrum framework, and Lean Six Sigma process improvement methods. Christine is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Lean Six Sigma green belt (LSSGB), a Certified Scrum Master (CSM), and IRB certified for social and behavioral research.
Christine is highly-collaborative, positive, adaptive, driven, and organized. She possesses strong interpersonal, oral, written, and visual communication skills and is able to navigate ambiguity to find creative solutions to challenging problems. Christine enjoys working with stakeholders to define project scope, strategy, budget, and outcomes. Possessing a strong enthusiasm for metrics, data, and timelines, she is eager to initiate and drive projects forward.
Previously, Christine worked as a project manager on the Operation Math: MathSpine team at EdPlus in Arizona State University. In partnership with Cambridge University Press & Assessment, the project aimed to design an adaptive, digital student journey in eight math courses with the goal of improving online student success rates. Christine also worked for Herberger Online Learning where she managed a production studio and collaborated with a team of instructional designers and multimedia developers to craft custom online course content. Furthermore, she taught a film production course at the ASU Sidney Poitier New American School of Film, leading workshops and mentoring students as they write, direct, produce, and edit their own short films.
Christine has a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Intermedia (3D computer imaging and animation) and a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership. Her graduate thesis researched how personality, the work environment, and workplace flexibility affect employee creativity. She provides direction for future research and implications for how organizations can influence employee creativity by fostering conditions which support social-organizational factors. Christine is continuing to conduct research. Currently, she is also working collaboratively on a discourse analysis, investigating the understanding of wisdom, intellect, and creativity among Arabic-speaking leadership practitioners.
