Biography: 

Galina Vereshchagina is an associate professor in the Department of Economics at W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University. Her research focuses on macroeconomics and industrial organization. Her more recent projects examine preferences for risk in a dynamic model with consumption commitments and the dynamics of private and public firms in an occupational choice model. She came to ASU in 2007 from University of Iowa.
