Ann Toca is Vice President of Integrated Marketing and Communications. She is responsible for developing and implementing the university’s multi - channel marketing communications strategy and overseeing a team delivering marketing strategy consultation and marketing services to ASU units. Prior to joining the university, Ann directed a staff at the ASU Foundation responsible for development communications and media relations strategies. She played leadership roles in the foundation’s collaborative strategic planning and crowdfunding efforts, in the early development of a university affinity program, in the selection and deployment of an enterprise CRM system, in creation of the university’s advertising campaigns and in the re - launch of the university’s website to advance recruiting goals and enable ease of use for all university constituents. Ann has overseen many award - winning and innovative marketing and communications programs during her time at ASU and the foundation. Ann has over 30 years marketing and advertising experience, including roles at The Dial Corporation, Wendy’s International and various marketing and advertising agencies working with clients like Coca - Cola, Burger King, McDonald’s, Kraft Foods and Novartis. She is a summa cum laude graduate of ASU with a B.S. degree in marketing.
