Dr. Chasey, associate professor emeritus and former program chair in the Del E. Webb School of Construction, received his Ph.D. from Virginia Tech, an MS in Engineering Management from the Air Force Institute of Technology, and a BS in Civil Engineering from ASU. He is the Director of CREATE, Construction Research and Education for Advanced Technology Environments, a research and education consortium of 20 companies representing the controlled environments and advanced technology design and construction industry. He is a registered Professional Civil Engineer in Arizona and a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE), the Association for the Advancement of Cost Engineers (AACE), Institute of Environmental Sciences and Technology (IEST) and the International Society of Pharmaceutical Engineers (ISPE).
