Mr. Trujillo graduated from Kansas State University in Manhattan, KS with a degree in Agronomy.  Upon graduation he worked for Deere & Company (brand name John Deere) in Kansas, Iowa and Nebraska.  While working for John Deere for 8 years he held 3 different positions all working with dealer network that distributed John Deere’s agricultural and consumer products.  He focused on improving the customer experience, product satisfaction, dealer profitability and product training. 

After leaving Deere & Company, Mr. Trujillo attended Arizona State University where he earned his Master’s Degree in Business Administration with a focus on marketing and management.  Upon graduation he went to work for Henkel Consumer Goods in Scottsdale, Arizona in brand management.  He worked as an Associate Brand Manager on Renuzit air fresheners and then as an Associate Brand Manager for Innovation in the Home Care division focusing on Soft Scrub liquid cleanser, Combat insecticide and Renuzit air fresheners.

Currently Mr. Trujillo is a lecturer in the Department of Management & Entrepreneurship at the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University.  He primarily teaches undergraduate courses focused on entrepreneurship and innovation.
